2. Service

Compressify provides cloud-based image processing, format optimization, and related tooling for site owners, developers, and teams.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your accounts, API keys, and site tokens secure. You must not share credentials with unauthorized parties or attempt to bypass service limits, controls, or authentication.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Compressify for unlawful, abusive, or service-disrupting activity. This includes malicious automation, quota evasion, or uploading content you do not have the right to process.

5. Processed content

You retain ownership of the images and files you upload. You grant us only the rights required to process, optimize, temporarily store, and return the requested output.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or modify the service, its limits, and available features. We may also temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, security, or operational incidents.

7. Billing

Some features may require a paid plan. If you subscribe, you agree to the pricing, limits, and renewal terms in effect at the time of purchase.

8. Warranties and liability

Compressify is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or service interruption arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect violations, abuse, or security risk. You may also stop using the service at any time.
